Winter has arrived and delivers another level of misery to an already challenging situation for a number of people in our community. For the homeless the reality of not having a permanent roof over their head must be particularly overwhelming at this time of year - people like Laura whose situation is described in the attached video link which I trust you take a couple of minutes to watch.

Trish Sellars Cleaning & Support Services won the Pacific National-sponsored honour for Customer Service (20+ employees).
It's been a good 12 months for the privately-owned company, with Mrs Sellars also snaring the Outstanding Business Leader (36+) crown at the 2015 Singleton Outstanding Business Awards.
General Manager Sue Murphy spent the night sleeping rough to raise funds to support our homeless community.
Firstly many thanks to the Team Members, Clients, family and friends who supported Sue’s participation in the CEO Sleep Out by donating to this very worthy cause. Following on from Trish’s participation in 2015 our combined efforts has now raised $7300.
A celebratory lunch took place with the Sue T, Donna, Sue G, Thomas, and Karen along with members of the Management Team – these people join our previously awarded 2016 long serving staff members Peter, Cherie and Coralie who in fact has notched up 20 years of service.
Joyce and the other worthy award Winners are recognised for their efforts onsite by Cam Halfpenny CEO of Bengalla Mine.
